Job Summary The Business Development Executive (Sales & Marketing) is responsible for generating new business opportunities, building solid customer relationships, and increasing sales of the company's products and services. The role involves lead generation, client meetings, proposal preparation, negotiations, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
Identify and generate current business opportunities through cold calling, field visits, networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
Develop and maintain a solid sales pipeline.
Identify potential industrial, commercial, and institutional customers.
Schedule client meetings and product presentations.

Sales
Promote and sell Online UPS Systems, Servo Voltage Stabilizers, Isolation Transformers, Battery Banks, and other power solutions.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
Negotiate pricing and close sales deals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Marketing




Support digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and trade events.
Conduct market research to identify competitors and recent business opportunities.
Gather customer feedback and market intelligence.

Customer Relationship Management
Build long-term relationships with existing and recent customers.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects.
Ensure high customer satisfaction before and after sales.
Coordinate with service and technical teams for smooth execution.

Reporting
Update CRM/sales reports daily.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
Maintain records of leads, meetings, quotations, and closures.

Required Skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
Positive knowledge of B2B Sales.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and CRM software.
Willingness to travel for client meetings.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
