Role & responsibilities
Evaluate projects and collect feedback from existing and prospective customers
Experience on preparation of Tender and offer to the customer
Identify current prospects (product/ market) for future growth
Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data from different sites, i.e. GEM etc.
Read the drawing properly and understand technical requirements from customer
Installation & Maintenance: Preferably Installing of current battery chargers / battery banks/ DCDB/ACDB/ BHMS etc., conducting routine maintenance, and performing repairs.
Site visit to understand the requirement of job in respect of modification and service
Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues and electrical/ Circuit , etc. faults.
Follow-up with customer for order optimization
Follow up with customer for payment
Generations of different weekly and daily reports.
Proper documentation Meeting with internal teams on different issues.

Preferred candidate profile
B.E or 3 years Diploma in Electrical/Electronics
3+ years of experience in relevant industries preferably electronics
