Sales Responsibilities
Identify new customers and generate business prospects in industries, OEMs, panel builders, contractors, and system integrators.
Promote the company's electrical and instrumentation products through regular customer visits.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and follow up for order closure.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer requirements.

Service Responsibilities
Install, commission, and troubleshoot electrical and instrumentation products at customer sites.
Perform preventive maintenance and attend breakdown service calls.
Diagnose technical issues and provide timely solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations and customer training.
Maintain service reports, installation records, and customer documentation.
Coordinate warranty support, spare parts, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).
Ensure prompt and professional customer support.

Experience: 1 to 5 Years

Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical,



Electronics, Instrumentation, EEE, ECE, Mechanical, or related disciplines.

Required Skills
Valuable knowledge of electrical systems and industrial instrumentation.
Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Preferred Experience
Experience in electrical products, industrial instrumentation, automation, process control, or related industries.
Fresh Diploma and Engineering graduates with valuable technical aptitude and communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
