Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement: Greet clients, analyze their transport needs, and match them with ideal new or used vehicle models.
Product Demonstrations: Explain vehicle specifications, technology, safety ratings, and perks, plus safely conduct test drives.
Sales &
Negotiation

: Discuss pricing, appraise trade-in values, and present finance, insurance, or leasing choices.
Lead Generation &
CRM

: Log prospect details into the dealership database, make follow-up calls, and nurture past client relationships for repeat business.
Delivery &
Paperwork

: Complete purchase agreements, verify documents, and coordinate final vehicle delivery with the service and finance teams.

Requirements &
Skills
Experience: 6 months to 3 years of experience in retail or automotive sales.
License: Valid driver's license.
Communication: Strong verbal skills, active listening, and a friendly, professional presentation.
Target-Driven: Self-motivated focus on hitting or exceeding monthly sales quotas.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
