Role & responsibilities
Ensure compliance with safety policies and statutory regulations.
Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
Investigate accidents and implement corrective actions.
Conduct safety induction and awareness training.
Monitor PPE usage and secure work practices.
Organize fire drills, mock drills, and emergency preparedness activities.
Maintain safety records, incident reports, and statutory documentation.
Coordinate with departments and contractors to ensure workplace safety.

Preferred candidate profile
Strong knowledge of industrial safety practices and legal compliance.
Knowledge of Factory Act, Gujarat Factory Rules, and EHS regulations.
Familiarity with ISO safety management systems is preferred.
Positive understanding of fire safety, emergency response, and risk assessment techniques.
Solid communication, reporting, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office for documentation and reporting.
