Job Title: Sales Associate (SaaS Products)

Location: Phase 8B Industrial Area, Mohali (On-site)

Shift: Night Shift (US & Canada)

Experience: 0–2 Years

Salary: Up to ₹60,000 per month (Based on skills and experience)

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Associate to join our growing SaaS sales team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to build strong relationships with prospective clients. This role offers an excellent chance to work with international customers while selling innovative SaaS products.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage prospective customers through outbound calls, emails, and other sales channels.
Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate SaaS solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations and effectively communicate product features and benefits.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through consistent follow-ups.
Convert qualified leads into customers and achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the CRM.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for customers.




Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and product knowledge.

Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Solid interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools.
Knowledge of AI tools and technologies will be an added advantage.

Eligibility
0–2 years of experience in SaaS Sales, B2B Sales, Inside Sales, International Sales, or a similar role.
Fresh graduates with exceptional communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
Willingness to work in night shifts supporting international markets.
