Job Descripition
Support the sales team by preparing quotations, sales orders, and contracts.
Coordinate with logistics for timely delivery and installation.
Maintain CRM records and track order status.
Handle customer inquiries and ensure excellent customer service.
Follow up with customers and resolve complaints effectively.
Prepare sales reports, presentations, and documentation.
Schedule sales meetings, product demos, and coordinate communications.
Analyze sales data and assist in improving sales performance.
Collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations teams.

Required Skills
Bachelor's degree (preferred).
Freshers are welcome; prior sales coordination/support experience is an advantage.
Valuable knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Basic knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
Robust communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting.
