KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Description

Develop and maintain solid relationships with industry partners and organizations across various sectors.Identify internship and job placement prospects suitable for our students based on their skills, interests, and career goals.Collaborate withstakeholders in Academic, Admissions and Student Welfare departments to understand student profiles and requirements, and tailor placement strategies accordingly.Organize and coordinate campusrecruitment drives and networking events to connect students with potential employers.Organise corporate engagement activities, suchas guest lectures, student trainings, conclaves, and workshops.Track and monitor placement activities, maintain accurate records,



and generate reports to assess placement progress and outcomes.Stay updated on industry trends, job market demands, and relevant regulations to ensure effective placement strategies.

Minimum Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

Post graduate from any stream.

Minimum Experience

5 to 10 yearsof experience in campus placement in University/Institutions.

Job-Specific Knowledge &Skills;

Excellent communication skills (Spoken and written)High Integrity24*7 availability for significant projectsKnowledge of Industry demographics will be an advantage.
