Role Overview

Responsible for the ongoing support, maintenance, and optimization of SAP
Commissions (formerly CallidusCloud) in an AMS workplace. The role ensures
system stability, accurate commission calculations, and timely resolution of
business issues.

Key Responsibilities
Application Support & Maintenance

• Provide L2/L3 support for SAP Commissions system

• Monitor daily/weekly commission runs and resolve failures

• Troubleshoot calculation errors, data issues, and performance problems

• Handle incident, service request, and problem tickets within SLAs
Configuration & Enhancements

• Maintain and update:





◦ Compensation plans

◦ Crediting rules

◦ Incentive calculations

◦ Quotas and rate tables

• Implement minor enhancements and change requests

• Support recent plan rollouts or modifications
Data Management

• Validate and process inbound data (sales transactions, HR data, etc.)

• Perform data uploads, adjustments, and corrections

• Ensure data accuracy for commission calculations
Business Support

• Work closely with Sales Ops / Finance teams

• Investigate payout discrepancies and explain calculations

• Provide audit support and reporting insights
Performance & Optimization

• Identify and fix performance bottlenecks in pipelines and calculations

• Optimize batch jobs and rule execution
Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain functional and technical documentation

• Ensure audit readiness and compliance with compensation policies
