Key Responsibilities
Generate current business prospects.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Develop long-term relationships with customers and dealers.
Handle showroom and field sales activities.
Identify prospects through networking, referrals, and cold calling.




Conduct dealer meetings and product presentations.
Negotiate and close sales effectively.
Maintain customer records and follow up on leads.

Requirements
2–3 years of experience in Field Sales or Showroom Sales.
Experience working with dealers and distributors.
Robust communication and negotiation skills.
Proven sales performance.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
