You Must

Experience designing Meta Ads creative (you understand what makes an ad perform, not just look nice)

Made real brochures, ads, and social posts before

Understand good spacing, fonts, and hierarchy

Use Loom to show and explain your ideas

Strong knowledge of AI tools (Midjourney, ChatGPT, Firefly) Even Better If:

You've designed for Australian or international clients

Your ad creatives have real performance results

You've made website mockups that developers built without confusion





You know where buttons and text go to drive action

You've designed for childcare, education, or service businesses Include the word MANGO in your subject line.
