Summary

We are looking for a seasoned Finance Application Expert to join our specialized support unit. This position demands a qualified with extensive expertise in SAP ByDesign, specifically within the finance domain. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical support and financial operations, offering more than just application troubleshooting.

You will serve as a vital connection between our support team and finance stakeholders, delivering business-centric solutions that address complex challenges through a combination of system configuration and strategic process optimization.

Responsibilities

- Deliver high-level technical support for SAP ByDesign, focusing on the rapid diagnosis and resolution of finance module incidents.

- Collaborate closely with finance stakeholders to grasp operational challenges, dissect complex application or workflow issues, and propose actionable, clear solutions.

- Evaluate current financial workflows to pinpoint areas for enhancement,



determining whether process adjustments or system modifications offer the most effective remedy.

- Architect and recommend comprehensive solutions, blending system configurations with process redesigns to boost the overall efficiency of finance operations.

- Serve as an internal subject matter expert, facilitating the dissemination of application knowledge and finance best practices across the team.

- Coordinate with external application vendors to manage issue escalations and remain informed about emerging features and functionalities.

Requirements

- Proven experience with Central Finance and Public Cloud FINANCE environments.

- Proficiency in leveraging SAP Business AI for Finance solutions.

- A robust background in application support within the finance sector.

- Strong analytical skills to assess processes and design effective business solutions.

- Excellent communication abilities to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
