Location: Ashok Vihar, Delhi | Full time | Work From Office

Working Days: Monday to Saturday | 9:30 AM–7:00 PM

Salary: ₹75,000–₹90,000/month + performance incentives after 4–6 months

We are looking for an exceptional, hands-on Head of Social Media & AI Content who will independently manage the complete social-media and content ecosystem of two organisations simultaneously :

TravelDham / Rising Star Tours & Travels – an established travel company offering holidays, flights, hotels, visas and customised travel experiences.

Rising Star Khilte Chehre (RSKC) – a social-impact organisation working towards empowerment and inclusion of visually impaired and persons with disabilities through travel, experiences and community initiatives.

The selected person must be capable of handling two completely different communication styles — aspirational, commercial and conversion-focused content for TravelDham, and authentic, sensitive and impactful storytelling for RSKC.

Key Responsibilities

- Take complete ownership of Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and LinkedIn for both TravelDham and RSKC
- Develop separate content strategies and calendars for both organisations
- Conceptualise and create Reels, Shorts, Stories, carousels, posts and long-form videos
- Personally shoot, edit and produce high-quality social-media content
- Write hooks, scripts, captions and campaign concepts
- Use AI extensively for video generation, images, voiceovers, scripting and content repurposing




- Create AI-assisted YouTube videos and Shorts
- Identify trends, viral formats, collaborations and influencer opportunities
- Build organic reach, engagement, community, followers and qualified enquiries
- Analyse performance and continuously improve content based on data

Must-Have Skills
- 5+ years of relevant experience in social media/content creation preferred
- Expert understanding of Instagram, Reels and short-form video
- Strong hands-on video shooting and editing capability
- Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects, CapCut, Canva or equivalent
- Practical experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Runway, Kling, Veo, HeyGen, ElevenLabs or equivalent
- Working knowledge of Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio and social-media analytics
- Excellent storytelling, copywriting and visual-content sense
- Proven record of growing social-media accounts with measurable results
- Ability to independently manage both a commercial brand and a social-impact organisation

Qualification Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, Media, Design or a related field preferred .

However, an exceptional portfolio, creativity and demonstrated results will carry more weight than formal qualifications.
