Position Overview

The Head of Skills & Education will lead this legacy portfolio as its business owner, holding end-to-end responsibility for strategy, product delivery, partnerships, team leadership, and revenue performance across the portfolio. The role carries direct accountability for achieving the annual revenue targets assigned by leadership, while building on the portfolio’s existing foundation and legacy to further develop it into a scalable, self-sustaining, and growth-oriented business unit.

Core Responsibility Areas:1. Key Responsibilities

Develop and achieve annual revenue targets through training programs, events, certification courses, sponsorships, and other business opportunities.

Plan, manage, and improve training programs, conferences, workshops, competitions, immersion trips,



and other learning and career development activities.

Develop and maintain partnerships with corporate organisations, schools, colleges, universities, development organisations, certification bodies, and other stakeholders.

Lead business development activities, including client acquisition, proposals, presentations, negotiations, sponsorships, contracts, and strategic partnerships.

Lead and mentor the program, counseling, business development, marketing, and operations teams while monitoring performance and program quality.

Manage budgets, program costs, revenue shares, contribution margins, marketing activities, and operational processes to ensure efficient business performance.

Monitor market trends, competitors, customer feedback, revenue performance, and program impact, and provide regular reports and recommendations to leadership.

Required

Experience

4 to 6 years of progressive experience in business development, education/training operations, or student and career counseling services.

Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring teams to high performance.

Proven track record in B2B and B2C sales, partnership development, and revenue/target achievement.

Experience managing budgets, marketing initiatives and cross-functional operations.

Background in study-abroad, ed-tech, corporate training, or career-counseling industries is a strong advantage.
