We are building an India–Germany healthcare talent mobility business focused on recruiting B.Sc. & GNM nurses, providing German-language training, and placing candidates in Germany through direct employment and Ausbildung pathways.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Build and lead the India–Germany healthcare recruitment business from the ground up.
- Develop and manage relationships with German hospitals, Pflegeheime, clinics and healthcare groups.
- Build a consistent pipeline of B.Sc. Nursing and GNM candidates across India.
- Develop and scale Ausbildung and skilled-nurse placement programs for Germany.
- Establish partnerships for German language training, candidate preparation and cultural orientation.
- Oversee the complete candidate journey — sourcing → screening → German training → employer interview → recognition → visa → relocation → placement.
- Build and manage the India recruitment, counselling and operations team.
- Develop the Germany-side business development and employer network.
- Negotiate recruitment mandates,



partnerships and commercial agreements with German employers.
- Establish SOPs, technology systems, KPIs and processes to make the business scalable.
- Take ownership of revenue, deployment numbers, margins, employer acquisition and overall business growth.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

- 8–10 years of professional experience in recruitment, staffing, healthcare or international talent mobility.
- Robust experience in international healthcare / nursing recruitment.
- Hands-on experience with Ausbildung / skilled-worker placement programs.
- Strong business development and employer acquisition experience.
- Proven ability to build a business from the ground up and scale operations.
