We are building an India–Germany healthcare talent mobility business focused on recruiting B.Sc. & GNM nurses, providing German-language training, and placing candidates in Germany through direct employment and Ausbildung pathways.

Your Role

- Build the Germany healthcare recruitment business from the ground up
- Develop relationships with German hospitals, Pflegeheime & healthcare groups
- Build nursing candidate pipelines across India
- Develop Ausbildung & skilled-nurse placement programs
- Oversee German training, recognition, visa & relocation
- Build and lead India + Germany operations
- Drive revenue, partnerships and business growth

- Business development & operations
