About the Role

You will lead the Investor Relations function for RRVL, owning the external financial narrative and investor perception of the company. Reporting to the Chief Finance Officer, you will be the primary interface with investors, analysts and market participants, translating business performance, strategy and growth outlook into a clear, consistent and credible equity story.

This role sits at the heart of the company's IPO journey: you will drive IPO readiness, valuation positioning and post-listing market engagement, while acting as a strategic advisor to leadership by bringing investor and market insight directly into decision-making. You will shape investor materials and disclosures, lead earnings calls, investor meetings and roadshows, and build long-term relationships with institutional investors, analysts and rating agencies.

Working closely with Finance, Legal, Strategy and the Company Secretary, you will ensure disclosures are timely, accurate and fully compliant with SEBI and stock exchange requirements. This is a high-visibility, high-impact mandate for someone who wants to help define how the capital markets see one of India's most closely watched IPO stories.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and continuously refine the company's equity story, linking strategy, financial performance and growth outlook, ensuring consistency across all investor communications.
- Lead IR workstreams for the IPO, including investor narrative, valuation positioning and roadshow materials, partnering with bankers,



legal advisors and leadership.
- Design and drive a structured engagement model across institutional investors, analysts and rating agencies; lead earnings calls, investor meetings and roadshows.
- Track investor sentiment, analyst views, peer performance and valuation benchmarks, converting market feedback into actionable strategic insight for leadership.
- Ensure timely, accurate and compliant disclosures in line with SEBI and stock exchange requirements, partnering with Finance, Legal and the Company Secretary.
- Align closely with Finance, Strategy and Business Heads to ensure external messaging reflects actual performance and outlook.
- Prepare senior leadership for investor interactions, ensuring clarity, consistency and credibility of communication.

Job Specification / Candidate Requirements

- 15-18 years of experience in Investor Relations, equity research, investment banking or corporate finance, with prior IR leadership experience.
- CA / MBA (Finance) / CFA or equivalent skilled qualification required.
- Prior experience supporting or leading an IPO process and/or managing IR for a listed company is highly desirable given the role's IPO-readiness mandate.
- Strong track record of engaging institutional investors, sell-side analysts and rating agencies, with working knowledge of SEBI/stock exchange disclosure norms.
- Experience working closely with CFO-office, Legal and Company Secretary functions on governance and disclosure matters.
