About the Role

AdlerQA Technologies is looking for an experienced and versatile Head of HR & Marketing to lead both Human Resources and Marketing functions. This is a hands-on leadership role for a professional who can independently manage HR operations, employee engagement, administration, and compliance while also driving marketing activities, team performance, and brand initiatives.

The ideal candidate should be highly organized, people-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple functions in a quick-paced technology organization.

Key ResponsibilitiesHR & Administration

- Manage end-to-end HR operations including attendance, payroll coordination, employee records, onboarding, exits, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate with the CA/Finance team for payroll processing, statutory compliance, taxation, and other HR-related financial requirements.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and processes aligned with organizational needs.
- Manage employee engagement, grievance handling, performance reviews, goal setting, and appraisal processes.
- Support recruitment activities across departments and ensure a smooth candidate-to-employee onboarding experience.
- Oversee day-to-day administrative and office operations.
- Maintain accurate HR reports, employee data, and compliance records.

Marketing Management

- Lead and coordinate the marketing team's daily, weekly, and monthly activities.
- Define marketing priorities, assign responsibilities, track progress, and ensure timely execution.




- Oversee content creation, social media, digital marketing, campaigns, employer branding, and other relevant marketing initiatives.
- Work closely with leadership to align marketing activities with business and growth objectives.
- Monitor marketing performance and prepare regular reports on key activities, outcomes, and KPIs.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen the company's brand presence and market positioning.

Team Leadership

- Lead, mentor, and manage HR support and marketing team members.
- Define clear KPIs, KRAs, targets, and performance expectations for team members.
- Conduct regular reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve team performance.
- Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate effectively with leadership and cross-functional teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5 years of relevant experience in HR Operations, HR Management, or a similar leadership role.
- Strong hands-on experience in HR operations, payroll coordination, administration, employee engagement, and compliance.
- Experience working closely with CA/Finance teams on payroll, statutory compliance, taxation, and related matters.
- Prior experience managing or closely working with marketing teams and marketing activities.




- Strong understanding of HR policies, performance management, recruitment coordination, and employee lifecycle management.
- Excellent people management, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple responsibilities and priorities.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and HR/administrative tools.
