Role Title Head – Ecommerce & Performance Marketing – All Digital Platforms

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIE

S1. E-commerce Strategy & Channel Developmen t

•Develop and implement the overall e-commerce growth strategy across formats, customers and brands to drive offtake growth and achieve market share objectives, ensuring alignment with overall business goals

.

•Drive channel expansion across marketplaces, quick commerce and emerging digital platforms

.

•Build strategic partnerships with key platform stakeholders

.

•Monitor market trends, competition and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities

.

•Lead annual business planning and channel growth initiatives

.2. Revenue Growth & Profitabilit y

•Own the e-commerce P&L;, driving revenue growth, profitability and market share

.

•Manage pricing, promotions, assortment and investment allocation to maximize returns

.

•Define and track key business KPIs across sales, margins and customer acquisition

.

•Drive forecasting, budgeting and commercial performance reviews

.

•Identify and implement opportunities to improve business efficiency and profitability

.3. Performance Marketing & Digital Growt h

•Lead performance marketing strategy across marketplace ads for all digital platforms (ECom, QCom, ePharmacies, eBeauty, eB2B, etc)

.

•Own media budgets and drive customer acquisition, conversion and retention

.

•Partner with media and analytics agencies to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROAS

.

•Leverage data and consumer insights to improve marketing efficiency and business growth

.

•Drive measurement frameworks and continuous optimization of digital investments

.4. Consumer Insights & Marketplace Excellenc e

•Develop platform-specific assortment, content, pricing and promotional strategies

.

•Drive product discoverability, conversion and share of search across marketplaces

.

•Ensure successful recent product launches and category growth on digital channels

.





•Collaborate with Brand and Marketing teams to deliver integrated consumer-centric initiatives

.

•Continuously benchmark competitive performance and identify growth opportunities

.5. Operations & Customer Experienc e

•Partner with Supply Chain and Operations teams to ensure product availability and service excellence

.

•Drive inventory planning, fulfillment efficiency and stock health management

.

•Ensure catalog accuracy, operational compliance and smooth order execution

.

•Monitor customer satisfaction, ratings, reviews and returns performance

.

•Lead initiatives to enhance customer experience across platforms

.6. Reporting, Analytics & Business Governanc e

•Establish KPIs, dashboards and reporting mechanisms to monitor business performance

.

•Lead periodic business reviews and provide actionable insights to leadership

.

•Drive forecasting, sales planning and data-led decision making

.

•Leverage analytics to identify growth opportunities and performance gaps

.

•Manage relationships with marketplace, media and analytics partners

.7. Leadership & Team Developmen t

•Build, lead and develop a high-performing e-commerce and performance marketing team

•Drive cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance

.IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFIL

E

•MBA Graduate with 12-15 years of experience in E-commerce, Digital Commerce and Performance Marketing, preferably within FMCG, Consumer Healthcare, Personal Care, or Consumer Products

.

•Proven track record of independently managing large-scale e-commerce businesses with full P&L; ownership

.

•Demonstrated success in scaling businesses across Amazon, Flipkart, Quick Commerce, D2C, and other digital platforms

.

•Strong experience in managing sizeable digital media budgets and delivering profitable growth through performance marketing

.

•Requirement : Open to travel 7/8 days a mont h
