Location: Janakpuri, New Delhi (On-site) Experience: 8–15 Years Reporting To: Director / Management About the Role We are looking for a result-driven Digital Marketing Head to lead our digital growth strategy, drive revenue, and build a high-performing marketing team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in performance marketing, SEO, lead generation, and brand building, with a proven ability to scale business through digital channels.

Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute the company's digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals.

- Drive B2B and B2C lead generation for IT training and exam voucher sales.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid campaigns to maximize ROAS.
- Lead SEO, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and website growth initiatives.
- Improve website conversion rates through landing page optimization and A/B testing.
- Build marketing automation and CRM-driven lead nurturing campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance using GA4, GTM, Search Console, and other analytics tools.
- Manage marketing budgets, agencies, and vendors while ensuring measurable ROI.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team,



fostering a high-performance culture.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Operations to improve lead quality and conversion.

Required Skills & Experience - 8–15 years of experience in Digital Marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

- Experience in EdTech, IT Training, SaaS, ERP, or Technology industries is preferred.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, CRO, and marketing analytics.
- Proficiency with GA4, GTM, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and CRM platforms.
- Knowledge of AI-powered marketing tools and automation is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
