Job Summary

We are looking for a Head of Acquisition (HOA) to support customer acquisition activities, team coordination, follow-ups, and daily reporting. The role involves coordinating with team members, monitoring daily activities, maintaining records, and supporting the execution of acquisition-related plans.

Candidates with experience in telecalling, sales, customer support, business development, coordination, or reporting are encouraged to apply. Freshers with good communication and coordination skills may also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

- Support daily customer acquisition and follow-up activities.
- Handle regular calls and communicate with prospective customers.
- Coordinate with sales and field team members.
- Monitor daily team activities and collect updates.
- Maintain call, lead, and activity records.
- Prepare and update Excel or Google Sheets reports.
- Track follow-ups and ensure timely communication with prospects.




- Share daily and weekly activity reports with senior management.
- Coordinate with team members regarding daily work plans.
- Support routine sales and operational activities.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with regular telecalling and follow-ups.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Valuable coordination and reporting abilities.
- Ability to communicate with team members and customers professionally.
- Organized approach to handling multiple daily activities.
- Willingness to work from the office.
