Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic, confident, and self-motivated freshers to join us as Area Sales Executives in the Meerut-Hapur region.

In this field-based role, you'll visit schools, meet principals and other education stakeholders, conduct product demonstrations, and introduce FluenQuest to potential partner schools.



You'll play a key role in helping schools adopt creative AI-powered English learning solutions while building valuable sales and relationship management skills.

No prior sales experience is required—we're looking for candidates with the right attitude, robust communication skills, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

Visit schools across the assigned territory to introduce and promote FluenQuest.
Meet school principals, administrators, teachers, and other education stakeholders.
Conduct engaging product demonstrations using a laptop.
Understand each school's requirements and explain how FluenQuest can address their English learning needs.
Build and maintain robust qualified relationships with school decision-makers.
Follow up with prospective schools and support the complete sales process.
Achieve assigned sales and activity targets.
Maintain accurate records of school visits, meetings, and follow-ups.
Coordinate regularly with the central team and provide updates on progress and market feedback.
