Brief Description Experience Qualification & Requirements

Manage project route maps and coordinate closely with the operation head for seamless execution.
Regularly update CRM, BIS portal, and ensure timely responses to client emails.
Assist in preparing applications, responding to queries, and maintaining approval records for future reference.
Keep track of significant deadlines (e.g., report expiry dates) and ensure timely follow-ups.
Coordinate with clients, testing labs, vendors, and engineers to ensure smooth operations and meet client needs.
Plan and schedule engineer visits while managing time effectively to address outstanding tasks.
Report daily activities, including project progress, challenges, and completed tasks.
Identify and resolve operational challenges using robust problem-solving and organizational skills.
Ensure explicit communication and collaboration with stakeholders to drive operational excellence.
Maintain detailed records for all activities and approvals to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Min 2 year Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Manufacturing/ Material/ Industrail Engineering
