Follow up on quotations, negotiate prices, and convert enquiries into orders.
Coordinate with customers for order processing, delivery status, and documentation.
Follow up for payments and maintain healthy customer relationships.
Maintain customer database, enquiry records, and sales reports.
Skills Required
Positive communication and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of electrical products/switchgear.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
