Required Skills & Competencies
Solid knowledge of thermal insulation materials such as Rockwool, Glass Wool, Calcium Silicate, PIR/PUF, Elastomeric Rubber, Ceramic Fiber, and Aluminum/SS cladding.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings, P&IDs;, GA drawings, and isometric drawings.
Excellent knowledge of estimation techniques, BOQ preparation, and rate analysis.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
Familiarity with ERP or estimation software is an added advantage.
Solid analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
Positive communication, negotiation, and coordination abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tender deadlines.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Certification in Estimation or Quantity Surveying will be an added advantage.

Experience
3–8 years of experience in estimation for thermal insulation, industrial insulation, HVAC insulation, or related EPC projects.
Experience in oil & gas, power plants, refineries, petrochemicals, pharmaceuticals, or industrial construction projects is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
