Telesales Executive / Telecalling Sales Executive (Tours & Travels)

Job Overview We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Telesales Executive to join our travel desk. In this role, you will connect with pre-qualified prospective clients exclusively over the phone, pitch our domestic and international tour packages, and drive bookings. If you have a clear, confident telephone voice, exceptional closing skills, and a passion for travel sales, this role is for you! Key Responsibilities

Outbound & Inbound Telecalling: Handle incoming leads and make outbound calls to prospective clients who have inquired about travel packages.

Pitching & Consultations: Understand customer requirements over the phone and recommend the best domestic or international tour itineraries.

Phone Negotiation & Closing: Overcome objections, build quick rapport via voice communication, and successfully close travel deals entirely over the phone.

Follow-Ups: Maintain a systematic schedule of follow-up calls with warm leads to ensure high conversion rates.

Data Management: Accurately update call logs, customer notes,



and booking statuses in the system.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: Previous experience in telecalling tele-sales, or phone-based customer service—ideally within the travel and tourism industry is an advantage. Not mandatary.

Communication Skills: Mandatory fluent and polished English communication skills with a confident, explicit, and engaging telephone etiquette.

Persuasion & Sales Drive: Robust target-oriented mindset with proven ability to influence customers and close sales over a phone call.

Tech-Savviness: Comfortable using telephone systems, headsets, and basic computer software for tracking leads.
