Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies.
Generate recent business leads and increase sales.
Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
Lead and motivate the sales team.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Prepare sales reports and market analysis.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Leadership and team management ability.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
Experience in disposable or packaging products will be an added advantage.
