Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through field visits, references, and networking
Meet potential clients and understand their workspace requirements
Pitch and sell coworking office spaces and solutions
Conduct site visits and presentations for clients
Build and maintain robust client relationships
Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of clients

Candidate Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales / direct sales




Strong communication and negotiation skills
Confident personality with a go-getter attitude
Comfortable with field work and client meetings
Basic understanding of real estate / coworking (preferred)
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
