Responsibilities

- Leading the overall architecture and design of data center automation and control systems.
- Developing control philosophies, functional design specifications, and automation standards across facilities.
- Driving the integration of PLC, DDC, SCADA, BMS, and telemetry platforms.
- Establishing OT network architecture, redundancy frameworks, and cybersecurity governance.
- Managing automation systems supporting power infrastructure and Overseeing controls strategy for cooling infrastructure - Leading FAT, SAT, commissioning, validation, and failover testing activities.
- Driving integration initiatives with DCIM platforms, AIOps tools, predictive analytics, and digital twin technologies.
- Building automation analytics capabilities focused on energy efficiency, PUE optimization, thermal performance, and predictive maintenance.




- Managing external technology partners, vendors, consultants, and service providers to ensure successful project execution.

The Successful

Applicant - Education: Mechanical, Electrical, Controls Engineering, or a related discipline.

- 15+ years of experience in industrial automation, BMS, SCADA, controls engineering, or mission-critical environments.
- Robust understanding of data center power and cooling infrastructure.
- Proven expertise in automation platforms such as Schneider, Siemens, Rockwell, Honeywell, or equivalent.
- Exposure to OT cybersecurity frameworks and industrial network segregation principles.
