We’re looking for a senior digital transformation leader to drive digital products, business systems & technology-led transformation across an operationally intensive business.

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Own end-to-end digital platforms & product roadmap
- Translate business needs into PRDs, workflows & execution plans
- Take ownership of an existing technology platform and drive it to completion
- Lead digital transformation across CRM, sourcing, production, inventory, ERP, finance & e-commerce
- Build MIS, dashboards & real-time business reporting
- Lead internal technology teams & external development partners
- Drive build vs. buy vs. SaaS decisions
- Ensure technology projects are delivered on time, within budget & adopted by business
- Establish strong governance, security, documentation & IP ownership

? IDEAL PROFILE





- 10–15 years across Digital Transformation / Product / ERP / Business Systems / Technology Programs
- Experience in Manufacturing, Retail, E-commerce, Furniture, Interiors, Supply Chain or similar sectors preferred
- Strong understanding of technology architecture without needing to be a hands-on coder
- Excellent numerical, analytical & commercial acumen
- Robust stakeholder & team leadership skills
- Ability to work directly with senior leadership / promoters
- High ownership, urgency & execution mindset
