Company Description Altiora Strategic LLP is building a digital trust infrastructure for diamonds, gemstones, jewelry, and luxury assets using AI-powered authentication, digital identity, and blockchain-backed provenance. The platform enables stakeholders to verify authenticity, establish ownership, track provenance, and access secure asset information across the value chain.
Altiora’s technology is designed to support future use cases such as insurance, trade finance, lending, collateralization, and secondary markets. The company believes that the future of luxury requires a digital trust layer that makes valuable assets verifiable, traceable, and easier to transact, beyond traditional certificates and physical inspection.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Hardware Designer role based in Surat.
The Hardware
Designer will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing electronics hardware that powers Altiora’s authentication and digital identity solutions for luxury assets. Day-to-day tasks include creating schematics and circuit designs, selecting components, collaborating with embedded software and product teams, and supporting prototype development and validation.
The role involves working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure hardware aligns with performance, reliability, and security requirements, and contributing to continuous improvement of hardware architectures and design practices.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Hardware Development and Hardware architecture design.
- Candidates should possess applied skills in Electronics and Electronics Hardware Design for product-grade systems.
- Candidates should possess solid Circuit Design skills, including schematic capture, PCB design, and basic signal integrity considerations.
- Experience with hardware testing, validation, and debugging tools (e.g., oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, multimeters) is beneficial.
- Familiarity with embedded systems, microcontrollers, sensors, and communication interfaces (such as SPI, I2C, UART, USB) is advantageous.
- Knowledge of hardware safety, reliability, and compliance standards is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a closely related field is preferred.
- Ability to work in office in Surat, collaborate in a multidisciplinary team, and communicate technical concepts clearly.
