Role Description The Guest Service Associate (Barista) is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for preparing and serving coffee, beverages, and light food items while maintaining high standards of product quality, hygiene, and presentation. Day-to-day tasks include greeting guests, taking orders, processing payments, and ensuring prompt, friendly service at the counter and seating areas.

Associate helps maintain a clean and organized workspace, restocks supplies, and follows safety and food handling procedures.



The role also involves assisting with guest inquiries, handling basic reservations or order requests, and supporting the wider team to create a welcoming, efficient environment for travelers.

Qualifications Strong guest-facing skills, including Guest Services and Guest Service experience in a café, quick-service, or hospitality environment.

Proven Customer Service abilities, with a focus on responsiveness, problem-solving, and maintaining a positive guest experience.

Experience handling Reservations or order management, with attention to accuracy and timing.

Effective Communication skills, including clear verbal interaction with guests and team members and basic written communication.

Ability to work versatile shifts, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

Basic barista skills or willingness to learn beverage preparation, food handling, and POS operations.

Reliability, punctuality, and a collaborative attitude toward team-based work.

Prior experience in hospitality, retail, or travel services, and a high school diploma or equivalent are preferred.
