Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly and professional Guest Relations Executive to join our Sales Experience Center at Kollur. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach to ensure a pleasant experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome and assist customers and visitors at the Sales Experience Center.
- Manage front desk operations, visitor registrations, and inquiries.
- Coordinate with the Sales team for customer appointments and meetings.
- Maintain customer records and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and general administrative tasks.
- Ensure the reception and waiting area are clean,



organized, and presentable.

Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, Reception, or Customer Service.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive knowledge of MS Office.
- Professional appearance and customer-centric attitude.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
