Company Description Tutedude is an e-learning platform founded by IIT Delhi alumni, offering self-paced courses supported by 1:1 live doubt solving and personal mentorship. The platform aims to make learning more engaging through gamification and rewards-based motivation that encourage course completion.

Tutedude combines the flexibility of recorded content with the interactivity of live sessions, addressing gaps in personal interaction and motivation found in traditional edtech models. By blending affordability, flexibility, and a live lecture experience, Tutedude creates a learner-centric environment focused on effective outcomes and sustained engagement.

Role Description The Growth & Operations Intern will support daily activities that drive user acquisition, engagement, and operational efficiency for Tutedude’s courses. This internship role is in office and based in Gurugram, where the intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams to assist with growth experiments, sales initiatives, and process improvements.

Typical responsibilities include collecting and analyzing data to identify growth opportunities, coordinating small projects,



supporting outreach to learners and partners, and helping streamline operational workflows. The intern will also contribute to communication materials, track performance metrics, and provide feedback to improve the learner experience.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Interest or experience in Growth Hacking and Sales to support user acquisition, conversion, and revenue initiatives.
- Basic Project Management skills to coordinate tasks, manage timelines, and assist in executing growth and operations projects.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, stay organized in a fast-paced environment, and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and basic analytics tools; familiarity with CRM or marketing tools is an advantage.
- Current student or recent graduate in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field; previous internship experience in operations, marketing, or start-ups is a plus.
