The Role
As a Growth Product Manager, you'll sit at the intersection of customers, business, and product. You'll work closely with university stakeholders, Customer Success, Sales, Design, and Engineering to identify growth opportunities, improve product adoption, and influence the product roadmap.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys understanding user behaviour, validating ideas with customers, and translating insights into product initiatives that improve activation, engagement, retention, and revenue.
What You'll Do
- Own growth initiatives across the customer lifecycle—from onboarding and activation to engagement, retention, and expansion.
- Partner with Customer Success teams to understand customer pain points and identify opportunities to improve product adoption.
- Speak regularly with university administrators, wardens, operations teams, and other stakeholders to gather structured customer feedback.
- Analyse product usage data to identify friction points and recommend product improvements.
- Prioritise features based on customer demand, business impact, and strategic goals.
- Define product requirements and collaborate with Design and Engineering teams to ship impactful features.
- Work closely with Sales and Customer Success to identify expansion opportunities and improve customer outcomes.
- Drive experimentation by running A/B tests and measuring feature performance using clear success metrics.
- Monitor product health through key growth metrics such as activation, adoption, engagement, retention, and feature usage.
- Act as the voice of the customer throughout the product development lifecycle.
What We're Looking For
- 3–6 years of experience in Product Management, Growth Product Management, or a similar product-focused role.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven product decisions.
- Experience working closely with customers to understand problems and validate solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to balance customer needs with business priorities.
- Experience writing product requirements, defining roadmaps, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup setting with high ownership.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Nice to Have
- Experience working in B2B SaaS products.
- EdTech or enterprise software experience.
- Experience with product analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with SQL and data analysis.
- Experience running product experiments and measuring growth metrics.
