Internship

Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Growth Intern for a 3-month intensive program. This role is designed for ambitious individuals looking to master the full business lifecycle: from lead generation to project delivery. This is a Remote (Work from Home) position, offering the flexibility of a virtual office while focusing on high-impact growth strategies.

Duration: 03 Months

Work Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹8,000 per month (Based on knowledge and interview performance) Key Responsibilities

Business Development:



Execute proactive outreach via emails, calls, and texts to build a robust pipeline.

Client Onboarding: Handle inquiries, convert leads into active projects, and manage initial project transitions.

Digital Brand Management: Manage and curate social media presence for Panthak and its diverse client portfolio.

Operational Support: Assist in project coordination and provide occasional in office support for clients within city limits, as and when required.

Qualifications & Requirements

Academic Background: Must be currently studying or a graduate in Business (BBA/MBA) or Marketing fields only.

Soft Skills: High persistence in sales outreach and a creative mindset for social media.

Availability: Must be committed to the full 3-month duration and the six-day work week. How to Apply
