As a Growth Intern at NOVA, you'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with the founder on sales and go-to-market. This is a rare, front-row seat: you'll get direct exposure to how a startup lands and expands inside high finance, and you'll be trusted with real responsibility from day one. This is a high-ownership, high-trust role for someone who is relentlessly resourceful, comfortable talking to senior people, and genuinely excited about selling frontier AI into finance.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

- Research and build target lists of banks, asset managers, hedge funds, and other financial institutions, identify key decision-makers, and execute outbound outreach through email, LinkedIn, and calls to schedule meetings.
- Participate in founder-led sales meetings with senior finance and technology leaders, progressing from observation to contributing and eventually leading parts of the sales pitch.
- Develop in-depth product knowledge and articulate NOVA's value proposition, while preparing demos, addressing follow-up queries, and supporting deal progression.
- Manage the go-to-market process by maintaining CRM data, tracking the sales pipeline, coordinating follow-ups, and ensuring smooth execution.




- Create and refine sales collateral, including presentations, one-pagers, case studies, and email sequences.
- Conduct outreach experiments by testing messaging, channels, and ideal customer profile (ICP) hypotheses, while measuring and optimizing results.
- Gather and communicate customer insights, objections, market needs, and competitor intelligence to the founder and product team.
- Represent NOVA at industry events, conferences, and networking meetups to build relationships and generate leads.
- Support the complete enterprise sales cycle, from identifying prospects and preparing pitches to managing follow-through and converting opportunities into customers.
