Role & Responsibilities:

Drive secondary sales in the assigned territory.

Visit pharmacy stores, grocery stores, and cosmetic stores on a regular beat plan.

Generate secondary orders and ensure product availability.

Build solid relationships with retailers and distributors.

Execute trade schemes, merchandising, and visibility activities.

Achieve monthly sales targets and expand market coverage.

Coordinate with distributors to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Requirements

Experience in General Trade (FMCG/OTC/Baby Care/Pharma preferred).

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Willingness to travel extensively in the assigned territory.

Passion for sales and market development.
