About the role

Traxio is an AI Social GTM engine for founders and lean GTM teams. This is an internship for a college student who wants to learn how growth actually works at an early-stage startup — hands on, in the deep end, working directly with the founder.

You’ll get ownership, a front-row seat to how a company gets built, and a skill set most people don't touch until years into their career. You'll leave knowing how to write content that lands, produce visuals that stop the scroll, build tooling that scales it all, and turn attention into pipeline.

This role sits between content and code. You'll write and produce content by hand — text, image, and video — and build the internal automations that let a small team punch far above its weight. It's not a role that ships into the core product; it's about giving our GTM motion leverage.

What you'll do

- Write content for LinkedIn, X, and other platforms in Traxio's voice, by hand
- Create image and video content for social and marketing
- Produce articles and structured content that build SEO and GEO credibility
- Build internal automation tooling and scripts to scale content,



distribution, and outreach
- Engage with prospects and start real conversations across social
- Run outreach and test messaging angles; track what drives replies and signups
- Find the manual, repetitive work in our GTM motion and automate it away

What we're looking for

- Current college student, available ~30–40 hours/week
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Robust, clear writer who can adapt to a distinct voice
- Comfortable vibe-coding: building automations and tooling with AI
- Systems thinker who defaults to automating repeatable work
- Comfortable doing outbound and talking to strangers online
- Bias toward action; owns outcomes without hand-holding

Nice to have

- Familiarity with SEO/GEO and how content gets discovered
- Able to produce image and video content, including with AI tools
- Experience with design, editing, or motion tools
- Interest in AI, GTM, and founder-led growth
- A portfolio of writing, content, or tools you've built
