Salary

We are open to discussing an arrangement that works for both you and the company.

At this stage, the base salary will be low due to the financial constraints that are common in early-stage startups. Our intention is to increase your base salary as soon as the company reaches a sustainable financial position where we can comfortably support this commitment.

This increase will not be based on an arbitrary waiting period or a fixed six-month review cycle. Instead, it will happen as soon as the company's financial situation allows us to make this adjustment.

The earning potential for this role is significantly higher than the base salary. In addition to your base salary, there will be opportunities to earn performance-based commission.

The commission structure will be based on measurable performance metrics.

Responsibilities

You will be involved in a wide range of marketing activities including social media management, content creation, graphic design, video editing, YouTube channel management, SEO, email marketing,



Reddit and Discord community management, outreach, Kickstarter marketing, website content updates, analytics, paid advertising, and any other marketing activities.

Initially, you will be provided with clear guidance and direction on your tasks. As you become more familiar, you will gradually be expected to work more independently and self-manage your responsibilities.
