Take complete ownership of assigned revenue targets and business objectives, ensuring the acquisition and closure of a defined number of clients, campaigns, and revenue opportunities as committed and agreed upon with the management.

Lead the Ad Sales function by driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives across agencies, brands, and direct clients.

Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with organizational objectives, ensuring sustainable business expansion and market leadership.

Build, nurture, and strengthen relationships with senior decision-makers, including CXOs, Marketing Heads, Media Directors, and key stakeholders across agencies and brands.

Identify, evaluate, and capitalize on new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and emerging market trends to accelerate revenue generation.

Own and manage the sales pipeline, forecasting, budgeting, and revenue targets,



consistently delivering and exceeding business goals.

Lead, mentor, and develop the Ad Sales team, fostering a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous growth.

Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver integrated advertising solutions and maximize client value.

Provide consultative, data-driven advertising solutions by leveraging deep expertise in digital media planning, audience targeting, performance marketing, and emerging advertising technologies.

Monitor industry developments, competitive dynamics, and evolving digital media trends to identify growth opportunities and maintain a competitive advantage.

Ensure effective account management and client retention strategies, driving repeat business and long-term revenue growth.

Actively contribute to the company's vision, business strategy, and leadership initiatives, playing a key role in shaping overall organizational success.
