: Graphic Designer Position:Graphic Designer

Department:Creative / Marketing About the Role We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can translate ideas into visually engaging designs across digital and social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of design fundamentals, typography, composition, branding, and visual communication, along with basic knowledge of motion graphics and video editing.

Key Responsibilities * Create engaging social media creatives, posts, stories, banners, advertisements, and marketing collaterals.

- Design posters, brochures, presentations, digital ads, and other brand communication materials.

Develop creative concepts and visual directions based on campaign requirements.

Maintain consistency with brand guidelines, including typography, colours, layouts, and overall visual identity.

- Create basic motion graphics and animated social media content.

Edit short-form videos and social media content when required.

Work closely with the marketing and content teams to understand briefs and deliver designs within deadlines.

Adapt existing creative concepts into different formats and platform specifications.

Stay updated with current design, social media, typography, and visual content trends.

Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and consistency.



## Required Skills Strong understanding of graphic design principles.

- Good knowledge of typography, colour theory, composition, hierarchy, and layout.

Ability to convert a brief into a clear and visually appealing design.

Good visual sense and attention to detail.

- Basic understanding of motion graphics and animation.

Basic video editing skills.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.

Good communication and time-management skills.

Software Requirements Must have

Adobe Photoshop

Adobe Illustrator

Adobe After Effects

- Adobe Premiere Pro Good to have:

Canva

Figma

Other AI-powered creative tools Qualifications * Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Visual Media, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.

- Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of relevant experience can apply.
