STUDIO177 is a multidisciplinary design studio building holistic brand worlds. We work across strategy, creative direction, and graphic design — visual identity, editorial, packaging, web, art direction, photography, and spatial design. We're growing our team ahead of our studio launch, and looking for a graphic designer to help us build the work.

The role You'll work closely with the founder and a team of creatives across the full range of studio projects — from brand identities and packaging to editorial, web, and campaign work. This is a hands-on design role with room to grow: you'll take creative direction and execute at a high level, while also contributing your own thinking to how projects take shape. As we scale, you'll take on light project coordination — keeping work organized, timelines clear, and files where they should be.

2–4 years of experience in a studio, agency, or in-house design team A strong portfolio that shows range and a sharp eye for detail

Fluency in brand identity and visual systems, editorial and layout, and packaging A point of view, and the curiosity to keep developing it

Someone reliable and organized, who can hold a project together A strong plus

Web and digital design

Motion design for digital and social

Experience supporting photography and art direction

Tools

Adobe Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
