We’re looking for a Creative Graphic Designer who combines traditional design expertise with a modern understanding of AI-powered tools and digital creativity.

Key Responsibilities

- Create eye-catching, brand-consistent visual content for digital marketing campaigns, websites, social media, and ads.
- Design creative social media posts, reels, and marketing graphics for clients across different industries.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute design ideas that align with campaign objectives.
- Use Canva (mandatory) for daily design tasks, layouts, and quick video edits.
- Edit short-form videos for social media (Reels, YouTube Shorts, Ads) using Canva or other editing tools.
- Utilize AI design tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Midjourney, Leonardo AI, Runway ML, etc.) to enhance creative output, generate new ideas, and streamline design workflows.
- Ensure that designs adhere to brand guidelines while maintaining a high level of creativity and originality.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI advancements, and social media formats to create engaging and viral content.
- Support the digital marketing team in producing campaign creatives, stories, and advertisements for clients.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Proficiency in Canva (Essential – hands-on expertise required).




- Working knowledge of design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or Figma is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI-based design tools such as:
- Midjourney, Leonardo AI, Runway ML, D-ID, Firefly, etc.
- ChatGPT and Google Gemini for creative ideation and captions.
- Strong understanding of color theory, typography, layouts, and visual hierarchy.
- Basic video editing and motion graphics knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- A creative thinker who can translate concepts into visuals that connect and perform well online.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in graphic design, digital marketing, or creative agency.
- A strong portfolio showcasing previous creative work (mandatory for shortlisting).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
