About the Role

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and AI-savvy Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong graphic design fundamentals, a good understanding of digital and social media design, and hands-on experience with AI-powered design and creative tools.

The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging social media creatives, advertisements, branding materials, marketing designs, and other visual content for the company and its clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality designs for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, websites, and other digital platforms.
- Design social media posts, carousels, stories, banners, advertisements, thumbnails, brochures, and promotional creatives.
- Develop creative concepts based on content briefs, campaigns, and client requirements.
- Create visually appealing designs that align with brand guidelines and brand identity.
- Design creatives for paid advertising and digital marketing campaigns.
- Adapt and resize designs for different platforms, placements, and formats.
- Maintain consistency in typography, layouts, colors, imagery, and overall visual identity.
- Collaborate with content writers, social media managers, video editors, and marketing teams.
- Make revisions based on feedback and requirements.
- Manage multiple projects and deliver designs within deadlines.
- Stay updated with current design trends, social media trends, and creative formats.

AI & Emerging Technology — High Priority

- Strong preference will be given to candidates with hands-on experience using AI tools for graphic design and creative content production.
- Use AI tools for image generation, image editing, background removal, enhancement, mockups, creative concepts, and visual development.




- Ability to combine traditional graphic design skills with AI tools to produce high-quality and innovative creatives.
- Use AI to improve design workflows, generate creative variations, and increase production efficiency.
- Explore and implement new AI-powered design tools and workflows.
- Candidates who actively learn and adapt to emerging AI technologies will be highly preferred.

Required Skills

- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Knowledge of Figma and Canva is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
- Good understanding of social media design requirements.
- Ability to create clean, modern, creative, and engaging designs.
- Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to understand creative briefs and convert ideas into visual concepts.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with AI-powered graphic design and image-generation tools.
- Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics.
- Experience creating performance marketing and advertising creatives.
- Knowledge of branding and visual identity.
- Experience working with agencies or multiple clients.
- Knowledge of AI-based creative workflows and emerging design technologies.

Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant professional experience and a robust portfolio will also be considered.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
