Role Description The Graphic Designer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad.

The Graphic

Designer will create visual assets for in-store branding, digital marketing campaigns, social media, and promotional materials, ensuring alignment with MagSon’s brand identity. Daily responsibilities include developing layouts, designing logos and packaging concepts, refining typography for consistent messaging, and adapting designs for various formats and channels. The role also involves collaborating with marketing, retail,



and merchandising teams to translate business requirements into clear visual communication, managing multiple design projects, and preparing files for print and digital production.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design for print, digital, and retail environments.

Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain a consistent visual identity.

Candidates should possess skills in Typography to create clear, legible, and visually appealing text treatments.

Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (such as Coreldraw, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or equivalent) is highly beneficial.

A portfolio demonstrating creative, relevant design work across branding, retail, and digital channels is required.

Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work on-site in a fast-paced, collaborative environment are key.

A diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
