What you will own

- E-commerce listing images: Create complete image sets for marketplaces such as Amazon, Nykaa, Myntra and Flipkart, including hero images, key benefits, ingredients, texture, usage, comparison and product-detail visuals.
- Amazon A+ and storefront assets: Design clear, premium and mobile-readable A+ modules, brand-store banners and supporting graphics within marketplace specifications.
- Website creatives: Build homepage banners, collection graphics, PDP assets, offer strips, landing-page visuals and launch creatives with a strong mobile-first approach.
- Meta ad creatives: Develop high-impact static ads, carousels and multiple hook-led variants for acquisition, retargeting, product launches and promotional campaigns.

Core responsibilities
- Translate briefs into design systems: Convert marketing objectives, product USPs and campaign ideas into transparent visual hierarchies and conversion-focused layouts.
- Maintain product accuracy: Retouch and compose product imagery without distorting packaging, labels, colours, claims, proportions or the actual product experience.
- Create at platform speed: Resize, adapt and version creatives across placements while maintaining legibility, consistency and technical specifications.
- Build for testing: Produce meaningful creative variations across hooks, layouts, backgrounds, benefit framing and offer communication for performance testing.
- Collaborate end to end: Work closely with brand, content, performance marketing and e-commerce teams; incorporate feedback quickly and flag missing inputs early.
- Keep the creative library organised: Maintain structured folders, editable source files, export versions,



naming conventions and reusable templates for faster turnaround.

Candidate Profile

What we are looking for

- Relevant experience: Approximately 2-4 years in graphic design, preferably with a D2C, e-commerce, beauty, personal-care, fashion or lifestyle brand/agency.
- Portfolio quality: A strong portfolio showing marketplace listing images, website assets, A+ content and digital advertising creatives is mandatory.
- Design fundamentals: Strong command of typography, composition, colour, spacing, visual hierarchy and information-led storytelling.
- Production skills: High proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; working knowledge of Figma or Canva for collaborative and rapid-format workflows.
- Image craftsmanship: Confident with product retouching, masking, compositing, shadows, mock-ups, texture swatches, model cut-outs and export optimisation.
- Performance mindset: Understands that a good ad must attract attention and communicate quickly, and is comfortable learning from CTR, conversion feedback and creative test results.
- Execution style: Detail-oriented, dependable and able to handle multiple briefs, prioritise deadlines and respond constructively to feedback.

Good to have
- Category familiarity: Experience designing for cosmetics, skincare, beauty or women-focused consumer brands.
- Expanded formats: Basic motion graphics or short-form video editing skills for Meta and website placements.
- Modern workflows: Practical use of AI-assisted design tools for ideation, background creation and faster production, with strong quality control.
- Shoot understanding: Ability to support product-shoot mood boards, shot lists, prop direction and post-production planning.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
