Requirements:

- 4 years of experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite(Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign)
- Strong portfolio with demonstrated experience in digital design
- Strong visual storytelling and brand strategy abilities
- Clear communication and presentation skills
- Bonus: Experience in motion design & Figma

Responsibilities:

- Lead the design and development of projects from concept to execution.
- Translate briefs and strategy into clear, expressive design concepts aligned with brand identity.
- Build brand assets, toolkits and guidelines that ensure consistency without rigidity.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to a strong creative culture.
- Present ideas and concepts confidently to clients and internal teams.
- Stay updated with design trends,



social media formats and platform guidelines.
- Maintain a high standard of craft while juggling timelines, cross-project priorities, and experiment with AI tools (Mid Journey, Google Nano Banana, Chat-GPT, etc) for faster workflows.

Work Schedule: Remote(Work From Home) | Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Flexible)
