Sales Manager Residential Interior Sales (Closing)

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive sales closures for our residential interior design business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client-facing sales, relationship management, and converting qualified leads into successful projects. Key Responsibilities
Handle qualified leads and convert them into confirmed residential interior projects.
Conduct client meetings, understand customer requirements, and present design and pricing solutions.
Own the complete sales cycle from consultation to negotiation and deal closure.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Coordinate with the design and execution teams to ensure smooth project handover.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Follow up with prospects and maintain an updated sales pipeline in the CRM.
Upsell and cross-sell services wherever applicable.





Requirements
Minimum 2+ years of experience in Sales, Closing, Client Acquisition, or Relationship Management.
Experience in residential interiors, home dcor, real estate, modular kitchens, furniture, or luxury retail is preferred.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing high-value deals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong customer relationship management abilities.
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA is an added advantage).
