Manage the complete sales cycle from enquiry generation to order closure.
Develop current business opportunities in Pharmaceutical Companies, Healthcare Organizations, Hospitals, Diagnostic Laboratories, Medical Colleges, Biotechnology Companies, CROs, and Research Institutes.
Promote and sell pharmaceutical and laboratory equipment, including Stability Chambers, Laboratory Centrifuges, Laminar Air Flow Cabinets, Biosafety Cabinets, Laboratory Refrigerators, Blood Bank Equipment, Deep Freezers, Incubators, Autoclaves, Sterilizers, and other laboratory instruments.
Conduct customer meetings, technical presentations, product demonstrations, and requirement analysis.
Prepare techno-commercial quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales orders.
Handle sales documentation, including quotations, work orders, purchase orders, and order follow-ups.
Coordinate with production, service, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and channel partners.
Generate current business through cold calling, customer visits, references, exhibitions, seminars, and networking.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts,



weekly reports, and MIS.
Ensure timely payment collections and customer satisfaction.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market developments.

Experience
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Sales &
Marketing within the Pharmaceutical Equipment, Laboratory Equipment, Medical Equipment, or Healthcare Equipment industry.
Proven experience in selling products such as Stability Chambers, Laboratory Equipment, Autoclaves, Sterilizers, Refrigeration Equipment, and other pharmaceutical equipment.
Experience in handling Pharma, QA, QC, R&D;, Production, and Engineering department customers will be preferred.
